virtual one stop portal for any citizen to access any information in their
neighborhood that impacts their daily lives. It also provides all the
information geographically in an interactive mapping application.
Statistics: Incident or information that impacts a citizens life such as Sexual Offenders, Crime Incidents and Property Sales. Through My Home, homeowners can view property assessment and tax information.
Citizen Feedback: Citizen complaint center routes feedback including complaints or anonymous report-a-crime to any city agency. The city can efficiently manage complaints and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints resulting in a better quality of life for all their residents saving valuable time and money in the process.
Facilities: Provides location and contact information for neighborhood libraries, parks, fire stations, hospitals and other government agency offices.
Services: A comprehensive database of services that the city provides to the citizen.
UAI’s Citizen Dashboard: Snapshot of city projects, complaints, incidents that allows the citizen to be well informed and prepared for any emergency.
